I'm sure those of you out there who actually look at this thing will be thrilled to learn that I have a brand new scanner, an Epson Perfection 4180.
However good you think it might be, multiply that by four and you still don't realize how awesome this piece of equipment really is. I'll be replacing a few really badly scanned pictures I've uploaded here with better versions. I'll probably let y'all know somehow.
Why in the world would you hate everything you create? If you want to see your work in a new light, look at its reflection in a mirror. That can help when you've been staring at it too long.
You have a sense of composition... and that's a big deal, considering that its extremely hard to teach that concept. Your photos look like professional photos I've seen in magazine articles.

Heh. I exaggerate. I don't really hate everything I create, though I believe I have observed a tendency for the pictures that I don't really like too much to receive completely unexpected praise. Of import, however, is that I have a tendency to not quite accept all the praise leveled at me. Not to say it's all incorrect or that I suck at the game of photography or anything, but it doesn't seem quite properized for people to tell me I have an eye for photography and that I'm good at this and that and the other thing. Guess I'll get used to it sooner or later. In any case, thanks again. : D
